TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PrThe present Terms and Conditions of use of the online shop CorsetCraft-Academy.md are applicable to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by the company Protitan-Impex SRL through the website.

In order to use the site in good conditions, we recommend that you carefully familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions presented. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by Protitan-Impex SRL. By registering an order in the online shop, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter - Terms and Conditions) presented below.

The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Protitan-Impex SRL, in accordance with the Law no.284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Relations between the customer and the seller are established on the basis of Law no.105/2003 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the modifications.

2. PPROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the CorsetCraft-Academy.md website, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data, which are necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.

Personal data is only processed for legitimate purposes, such as to provide the products you order, promotions, google analytics, cookies and newsletter notifications.

TAll information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions set out in Law No 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Transmission of data over the internet or wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information we provide to the Buyer, so he will do so at his own risk.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Payment of orders is possible by credit card - upon receipt of your order you will receive your receipt confirming payment.

Online payment is done in maximum security using the payment card as payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After payment you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

The payment processor uses a secure system, based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard which means a new global approach to shopper authentication in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure maib page where each cardholder's authentication is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.

The funds are reimbursed only on the payment card that was used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialised payment system server.

The following data will be required for payment:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiry date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Name and surname on the payment card

If the currency of the card differs from the transaction currency (MDL), then the conditions of the issuing bank will apply when converting the amount deducted from the card account.

4. Access to Materials

After registration of the order and payment of the course. The access to the course is made momentarily after confirmation of payment by the bank.

The deadline for access may be extended in certain isolated situations (unforeseen technical problems, etc.). Please notify us if you encounter any difficulties for a quicker solution!

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

No financial refunds will be made for online courses. Once paid, the course belongs to you, according to the access mode it has (permanent access according to the validity of the package).

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Law No.133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and is done under and in accordance with the legal provisions. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automated and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality and respect for the rights of the data subjects.

The supplier collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address.

Personal data are used exclusively for the purpose of administering the site, to allow access to special information, for the delivery of orders or to contact the consumer in order to execute the delivery. By this information, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers that are provided by browsing, using and registering on the CorsetCraft-Academy.md website.

Any information provided by users and consumers of the CorsetCraft-Academy.md website shall be deemed and shall represent express consent for personal data to be used by the Provider.

The Provider will not disclose to a third party any of the data held, without the consent of the data subjects and will not trade, exchange, disclose these data with other persons, with the exceptions provided for by the legislation in force (at the request of public institutions of the state, law enforcement bodies, courts, also authorized to process personal data).

The Service Provider meets the requirements of personal data security and ensures the protection of consumer data and safeguards it from being lost, destroyed, distorted/forged or disclosed to third parties.

Employees of the service provider are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers' personal data. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the authorised person of the Service Provider.

The Provider does not collect transaction information such as card number, expiry date, country of origin.
